The independent Scientific Advisory Board provides advice for the board of trustees and the centre management of innoFSPEC.
For the second funding phase the board includes the following members:
- Agnes von Matuschka, CEO of Standortmanagement Golm GmbH, Potsdam-Golm
- Dr. Andreas Nitze, CEO of Berliner Glas KGaA, Berlin, and member of the board of 'Spectaris' – the German high-tech industry association
- Prof. Dr. Ulrich Panne, President of BAM (Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und -prüfung), a senior scientific and technical federal institute, Berlin
- Prof. Dr. Philip St. J. Russell, Director of the Max Planck Institute for the Science of Light (MPL), Erlangen
